Burth
A page in memory of one of our channel Ops
Burth was a quiet and unobtrusive sort of fellow. He lived in Canada with his wife and could often be found in channel almost at any time. never one to start a long conversation (at least with me!) he would always answer if called or spoken to. His fiddle playing skills were a joy and he contributed a number of his playing sessions to our radio station which were played with great regularity.
He eventually succumbed to illness and he will be greatly missed by us all.
Rest in peace Burth, we miss you.
